Baking goła,bki

I'm back with my
Polish mother baking goła,bki
(go-womb-ki = pidgeons),
multi-meat & rice burgers
stuffed inside smaller & smaller
boiled cabbage-leaves, stacked
in a turkey-baker, in our gas oven.
(not just Polish, they're common
to Eastern Europe.)
