1-balled, wonder!

whispers McCain's hot running mate,
Sarah, “is maybe you do have just-1
ball, but what a humongous ball it is,
as big as a ruby-red Texas grapefruit,
I can barely hold it in both my hands!”
McCain smiles widely in semi-dark,
his one big ball rumbling with delight.
“I lost the other in Vietnam, but once
back home, I vowed I’d resuscitate,
& I quickly became a 1-balled wonder!
